What BrickFlow is

BrickFlow is a web app for owners and managers of commercial and multi-residential buildings in Canada. It collects energy and water data from utility bills, Green Button feeds and spreadsheets, keeps it checked and traceable, and carries it into ENERGY STAR Portfolio Manager and the reports that Ontario’s EWRB program, the City of Toronto and GRESB ask for.

It exists because that work is usually done in spreadsheets, by hand, once a year, under a deadline, and the numbers that come out are hard to defend. BrickFlow keeps the bill, the reading and the person who confirmed it together, so that when someone asks where a figure came from, there is an answer.

The company

BrickFlow is a trade name of GreenKey Information Management Corporation. GreenKey is a federally incorporated Canadian company based in London, Ontario. It was founded in 2026 and is founder-led. The app, the database and uploaded bills are hosted in Canada; see the security and data page for the full picture.

BrickFlow is currently in an invite-only pilot. The app runs at app.greenkey.site and still carries the GreenKey name while it moves to the BrickFlow brand.
