Ontario, Toronto and GRESB reporting, from data you have already checked

Ontario and Toronto both collect building data through ENERGY STAR Portfolio Manager, so keeping it in sync covers both. BrickFlow shows what is due and whether each building’s data is complete before the deadline.

Ready before the deadline, not after

BrickFlow checks each building for missing months, unconfirmed anomalies and incomplete fields, keeps a calendar of reporting deadlines with reminders, and carries the reviewed figures into Portfolio Manager and your exports.

Ready to submit. All twelve months of electricity, natural gas and water are confirmed for Maple Court.

Two months missing. Natural gas for Riverside Plaza is missing for June and July. Upload the bills or a Green Button file.
